[世华财讯]监管部门29日关闭了佐治亚州的Integrity Bank，该行成为08年美国第十家倒闭的银行。

综合外电8月29日报道，监管部门29日关闭了位于佐治亚州Alpharett的Integrity Bancshares Inc.，并将该银行所有存款出售给阿拉巴马州伯明翰的Regions Financial Corp. (RF)。Integrity Bancshares成为08年美国第十家倒闭的银行。

美国联邦存款保险公司(Federal Deposit Insurance Corp.)估计，Integrity Bancshares的破产将令其存款保险基金损失2.5亿至3.5亿美元。

截至2008年6月30日，Integrity Bancshares资产为11亿美元，存款为9.74亿美元。Regions Financial还同意收购Integrity Bancshares 3,440万美元的资产，其中包括现金和现金等价物。美国联邦存款保险公司将保留剩余资产，晚些时候进行处置。
